Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Waltham

We have been going to Embassy suites for over 30 years. The location is excellent ,depending on when you go good value for your dollar and we love the fact that there are two rooms with the suite. The staff is always very nice and helpful.

Bar and dining area was a nice place to meet and hangout. A very good breakfast buffet, way above the the mark for most buffets. The staff were very friendly, and plumbing service came very promptly to our room to address a clogged toilet. Thanks!

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Literally, every single person that worked there was super friendly and engaged in conversation.

Suite fits three of us well， comfortable and spacious rooms，two tables with multi chairs are plus. Location is convenient. The free breakfast is the best of all. Rooms are clean. Front desk is very friendly.

This hotel has a unique layout with an open mezzanine on the second floor and a modern bar in the lobby. Other guests' children were playing on the mezzanine floor, making it feel like some sort of village courtyard and lending a charming atmosphere. Our suite itself consisted of a living room with furniture and television, a hallway with a small kitchenette area and bathroom, and a bedroom with another television and a separate door. This space was comfortable and well insulated from the noise of the mezzanine—it was a shame we only had the space for a single night. The breakfast accommodations were also great—certainly beyond usual hotel fare. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations.
